City of Jacksonville’s Head Start to Home Ownership Program

A program that provides down payment and closing cost assistance in the form of 2^nd or 3^rd mortgage for qualifying families at 0% for ten years. If you still live there and have not refinanced, the loan is forgiven. If the home is sold or refinanced, the amount of assistance is paid.

Down Payment Reduction Credits Program

The Jacksonville Affordable Housing Guy created the  Down Payment Reduction Credits Program which is aimed at keeping more money in the new home buyer’s wallet.  Just by filling out the Contact Form, a person receives a $500 Down Payment Credit. By participating in FREE Home Ownership Coaching Call will earn another $500 Down Payment Credit.   There are several more ways the Down Payment Reduction Credits Program can reduce a down payment by up $3,500.
