But, Jacksonville has so much unmet demand for affordable housing. More than 70% of households making less than $32k do not have affordable housing in Jacksonville.

A person making minimum wage needs 2.1 full-time jobs to afford one bedroom apartment.
Although I know the blight problem alone can not fulfill the demand for affordable housing, I am confident that it can put a dent in the demand and improve the lives of many working class families.
For the last several years, I have been helping about three working class families a year become homeowners for less than what they pay in rent. This cost savings of $200 or more a month gives them more margin in their budget and more peace in their life.
My goal for 2019 as The Jacksonville Affordable Housing Guy is to help 20 working class families own their own home. To make that reality, I am getting started now.
Because of the Dodd-Frank Act limitations and the funding requirement ($26k per house), I am looking for people who would be interested in investing in real estate to help working class families.
